more than one of my friends, to be exact three were born in the month of May..they are Elynn Tan, Zhou Ning and "Xiao Bai"..no no.. the sequence should be like this:

then Zhou Ning(13-05-88)-which is today! so, ZHOU NING, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!
and HAPPY MANY RETURNS!!!

首先，祝全天下的媽媽們母親節快樂！！
我會不會太遲給祝福了。。哈哈
這已是第二年母親節時，沒在媽媽身旁，我真的好想飛奔回家親口祝福媽媽。
親愛的媽媽：
感謝您為我做的一切，才能成就如今的我。。
感謝您時時刻刻無微不至的關心我。。
感謝您指引我一路走到今天。。您就像我的光明燈般，時時照亮我。。
感謝偉大的您多年來為我們四兄弟姐妹犧牲了不少，但依然毫無怨言的照料我們。。
感謝偉大的您，沒有偉大媽媽就沒有今天的我。。
今天，我想象自己仍在家裏吃著您辛苦裹的粽子，您煮的laksa。。等等。。那種幸福的感覺。好怀念。。
這幾年。。您的身體狀態時好時坏，常出入醫院，因此我非常希望媽媽可以天天身體健康，快快樂樂，毫無憂慮的過日子。。
我會照顧好自己，希望您不要太擔心我，我會努力的！

I was still tossing about this morning trying to sleep back as its still early when I felt a sudden coldness in my bones although I was already covered with my double duvet.
so, I sat up then walked to close my windows.. without my spec and the darkness in my room, i looked outside, trees and grounds layered with snow, I blinked my drowsy eyes to see closely.. oh no, its SNOWING!!! I can't help myself jumping up and down happily because its the first time snowing since I came southampton!
Quickly, I told Sheanyong and both of us running clumsily outside after I grabbed my sweater.
wow, I was amazed by the view outside and we were walking besides busy snapping pictures of the rare snow views.
Then we met another two "ang moh" flatmates who happened to come out to take pictures too and they ask us for a shot of them and we asked them too in return.
After that, we went back to get our scarf and gloves and changing into long pants and boots because our hands were and legs were freezing.
Then, we started our second round snapping journey to the crematorium..
Hmm..That's the first time we walked all the way into the crematorium which is just next to our Bencraft Court and the snow scenes there really pretty!
After spending about an hour outside in the snow then only we headed back to our room.
time really flies.. I guess this is the fact the everybody admit it.
1,2,3,..4months I had been here in Southampton,UK. I wouldn't say my life here is fun ,instead, I feel very boring compare to my time in M'sia.
Sometimes, I kept thinking is it the right choice of me to choose to study this course..(after being exposed to the REAL world of math which is so much different than what I knew last time..)
NVM..nothing can beat me, I must try my best.
oh, here's a great news, my university (Uni. of Southampton) its world ranking of 2007 had been raised higher at 81 if I'm not mistaken compared to last year..haha so proud..
But bad news (for me)is the Uni. is lauching a new visual image/identity, and the logo of dolphine had been out of sight now!!!
The University's current dolphin logo is now 15 years old and is very much of its time. Although the attributes of friendliness and intelligence as represented by the dolphin are still core to the University's identity, the dolphin logo can give a misleadingly narrow view of the breadth of disciplines offered by the University of Southampton.
